Returns & Replacements
MYBAT's QA Department checks every order thoroughly before shipment. If our product is defective on arrival, you must contact us within 30 calendar days from the day of purchase. Once we know and accept your request, you must download a request form and return the product to the MYBAT warehouse within 14 calendar days. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, and documentation (invoice and request form) that shipped with the product.
